Usage specifications and related technical parameters:

1. The air duct is clean and free of debris; Each connecting part is tightly combined without leakage;

Before starting the machine, the equipment should be cleaned, and after reassembly, lubricating oil should be injected before rock drilling operation; In high gas environments: It is prohibited to use lubricating oils with low ignition points and easy to ignite, or to mix gasoline or diesel flammable oils into the lubricating oil; Prohibit violent impact on the outer tube of the gas leg to avoid generating electric sparks;

3. The equipment is a central wet drilling equipment, and dry drilling (air leg drilling machine) is strictly prohibited; The optimal setting for lubrication is 2.5-3ml/Min, and it should be checked if the exhaust contains even and delicate oil droplets;

The principle for selecting lubricating oil is: when the ambient temperature is high, the viscosity of the lubricating oil is higher, while when the ambient temperature is low, the viscosity of the lubricating oil is lower;
